The Everyday Bracelet Care Guide
Natural stone wears beautifully. A bracelet you reach for every day will look good for years, and these are the habits we recommend to every customer.
Keep it dry
Water is the one thing worth keeping off it. Take your bracelet off before showering, swimming, or working out, and wipe it down if it gets caught in the rain. Dry stone keeps its color and its shine.
Roll, do not yank
Roll the beads over your wrist instead of pulling the band wide. It goes on in one motion, it feels better, and it keeps the elastic springy for years.
Clean it with care
A soft, dry cloth is enough for daily dust. For a deeper clean, a barely-damp cloth works; skip soaps and cleaners, which dull the polish.
Store it right
When you are not wearing it, keep it in the included pouch away from direct sun and heat. Stone is calm about most things, but long sun exposure can fade some colors.
Do all of that and your bracelet will look as good in three years as it did on day one. Still unsure about something? Email us and a real person will help.
If you want a piece that survives being forgotten about, stone choice matters as much as cleaning habits. A soft gray agate bracelet is dense and opaque, so surface wear shows up far more slowly than on a polished or faceted stone. And if you prefer something darker, a vintage black onyx bracelet wipes back to looking new with nothing more than a dry cloth at the end of the day.
