One-Year Warranty
Every MERENUS bracelet is covered for one year from the day it arrives. If anything about the way it was made is not right, we put it right.
What the warranty covers
Materials and workmanship, under normal wear:
- The strand and the knot — if the construction gives out under normal wear, that is on us.
- Clasps, spacers or other findings that were faulty on arrival.
- Beads that were already flawed when they left the bench.
- Anything that was already wrong when you took it out of the box.
What it does not cover
- Normal aging: a softened finish, plating dulled where it rubs, small marks from daily wear.
- Loss or theft, or a piece that has been crushed by accident.
- Damage from water, perfume, chemicals, or from being worn somewhere it should not have been.
- A piece that has been altered by someone else.
How to use it
- Email support@merenus.com with a photo of the piece and your order number.
- We look at it and tell you what we can do — put it right, send a replacement, or, if it falls outside the warranty, the cheapest way to get it sorted.
- If we need the piece back, we send you a label.
Every case is a little different, so we take them one at a time rather than by a fixed rule. You get a real answer from a person, and while your piece is inside its year, putting it right costs you nothing.
Within the first 30 days
If something is wrong the moment it arrives, skip the warranty — our 30-day free returns are faster. Prepaid label, replacement or refund, your choice.
